- Our Check-In, Check-out time is 12 Noon. Any early Check-In or late Check-Out depends on availaiblity & is a sole discretion of Hotel Management.

- All our bookings are Non Refundable & Non cancellable & No Refund is to be made in case of no show.

- Unmarried Couples are not allowed.

- Visitors are not allowed in Guest Rooms.

- No parties are allowed at the premises.

- Keys needs to be collected from Reception & needs to be submitted back at Reception at the time of check-out. In case of lost key, compensation needs to be paid.

- Guests are required to show a Govt. photo Identification and in case of suspicion, hotel reseves the right to deny check-in to the guest.

- Languages spoken: Hindi, English.

- Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free (max 1 child per room). Additional charges may be applicable for children above 5.

- Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the Hotel or order food from outside the Hotel.

- The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there.
